Japan: From July 29, 2014 11:00 PM to July 29, 2014 11:30 PM
Eastern US: From July 29, 2014 10:00 AM to July 29, 2014 10:30 AM

During which time services may become unavailable. 
In the event of system unavailability, 
connection requests to your EM/PM Website will receive an explanatory message
that service is temporarily unavailable.
